Manual Setup Steps

  1. Download and open the app for your device.
  2. Go to ID/Relay Server or Settings → Network.
  3. Paste the ID Server, Relay Server, and Key from this page.
  4. Save the settings and return to the main screen.
  5. Send your RustDesk ID to our support team.

For Clients

Fastest way:
Download the correct app above, open it, then paste the server details from this page.

After that:
1. Open the app
2. Enter the server details once
3. Find your RustDesk ID
4. Send your ID to Axon support

For Axon Admin / Support Team

How you connect to a client:
1. Open RustDesk on your support PC
2. Make sure your app also uses:
  • ID Server: support.axonserver.com
  • Relay Server: support.axonserver.com

3. Ask the client for their RustDesk ID
4. Enter the client ID into your RustDesk app
5. Click Connect and enter the password if prompted
